Jolynn Dellinger is the Privacy and Ethics Strategist at Ethical Tech. She is currently the Stephen and Janet Bear Visiting Lecturer and a Senior Fellow at the Kenan Institute for Ethics and also teaches Privacy Law and Policy at Duke Law School and UNC School of Law. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Triangle Privacy Research Hub and the Future of Privacy Forum Advisory Committee. She co-founded Data Privacy Day in 2007 and worked as the Program Manager of that international privacy awareness and educational initiative for a number of years with Intel, The Privacy Projects, and the National Cybersecurity Alliance. She received her J.D. from Duke Law School, her MA in Humanities and Women’s Studies from Duke University, and a BA in English, with concentrations in Religion and Women’s Studies, from Columbia University.
